SHIPPING
Each People of the Tide order is posted entirely plastic free.
The items are each folded and tied with a shell and packaged in a compostable postage bag by @betterpackaging, with a personalised thank you note and a People of the Tide tag.
Our shipping costs are a flat rate of $10 within Australia.
Each item is posted as soon as we are able to and may require 7-10 business days from the date we have posted to arrival.
We will notify you as soon as your item has been shipped.
We are currently only doing shipping within Australia however if you are an overseas customer please let us know and we may be able to get an order to you with additional postage fees.
RETURNS
Unfortunately we are not offering refunds at this time.
However if there are any issues or visible damage* on your product please get in contact with us within a few days from receiving your order and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
* Please note this does not apply to damages related to the shells sewn on, they are an addition that risks breaking easily (if they do break we recommend going to your favourite beach with a needle and thread and sewing on a new one). The towelling fabric that we use is second hand and vintage so each piece varies and is unique, we thoroughly check each product for stains, wear and tear and general weaknesses before creating each carrier and aim to only use good quality products, however if you have find an issue that we have missed we will ask for a photo and are happy to arrange an exchange or offer help to resolve the issue.
